Established in 2018 by Daniel and Tawnya Pederson. An experienced Airbnb Superhost family. The property operates four distinct accommodations: York River Cottage, Timber Wolf Hideaway, The Quails Nest, and River Otter Inn. The York River is part of the Madawaska Waterway, a chain of lakes connecting multiple river systems that includes the famous Conroy Marsh and holds walleye, bass, and pike. The accommodations vary in size and character to suit different group configurations. York River Cottage (up to 8 guests, 2 bedrooms) is the flagship. A spacious open-concept waterfront cottage with T&G pine interiors, a spectacular propane fireplace with rustic stone surround and hand-hewn barn beam mantle, luxury plank flooring, and all the cookware, dishware, and linens a self-catering stay requires.
