The stay they describe is the Dimora Storica, Villa Casetta, 38 suites in the medieval village, and 20 suites called Aie del Borro. I Borrigiani is three farmhouses about 1.5 km from the main house, for longer stays. They say there is no shuttle, and they suggest arriving by car. Since 2015 they call the farm entirely organic. New vines went in during 1995. On the estate they offer wine tours, cooking and cocktail classes, horseback riding, golf, craft workshops, walks, a spa, and something for children.
