The palace is on the old airport road, and the new airport is 45 minutes away. That sentence saves a bad transfer. What the hotel has that a generic palace page does not is the bar: ZLB 23, described by them as a Kyoto speakeasy, and named on Asia's 50 Best in their November 2025 note. Jamavar and Le Cirque Signature are separate kitchens in the same building. Come if the evening is the bar or one of those rooms, and you have planned the 45 minutes. Skip it if you booked Bhartiya City, or if you thought HAL Airport Road meant the plane was next door.
