## The place

Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria is the hotel at Piazza Tasso, 34, 80067 Sorrento. The telephone is +39 081 877 7111. Write info@exvitt.it. Book on excelsiorvittoria.com. The rate for a night is on their site. They say the house has been here since 1834, and that it is still family owned, on a cliff above the Bay of Naples. They publish rooms and suites, dining and drinks, and a wellness floor. The photographs show the hotel from the water, the pool between the cliff buildings, a green conservatory, a sitting room with a balcony, the terrace and the sea, and the hotel from above. A short bird loop sits in their page files. It is not a film of the hotel, so there is no film here.
