Tierra Patagonia stands on the shore of Lake Sarmiento, at the edge of Torres del Paine National Park. They describe forty guest suites, lenga wood curved along the bluff, and windows on the pampas and the peaks. The restaurant uses the same curve of softwood, and they say the cooking draws on neighbouring estancias, Chilean wine, and Patagonian dishes.
